I called to schedule an appointment, and the person I spoke with was unprofessional from the start. They mispronounced my name, restated my birthdate incorrectly twice before getting it right, and giggled about it. During the call, I explained that I might need to cancel depending on another scheduling conflict and would call back later to confirm. When I called back to cancel, the representative I spoke with was rude. After I explained why I was calling, she responded with, “This is Westgate Dental,” as though I was confused. She then said she couldn't find my appointment in their system and abruptly hung up. I was initially excited to become a patient because so many of the reviews praise the staff for being friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my interactions, the staff came across as rude and unprofessional rather than welcoming. In the end, I'm glad I was already planning to cancel because this experience made me feel like I avoided an even worse one in person. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I first came here for a cavity filling after being told it needed to be filled by another dentist's office, which didn’t work with my insurance, so I decided to try a new dentist who did work with my insurance. They seemed friendly and personable at first, filled it, and everything was fine. I came back for my 6-month cleaning and asked if they could use the x-rays from the previous dentist because I thought I only needed one set of x-rays in a year span, not even on a budget, and would have been fine with getting new x-rays done if that wasn’t the case. The dentist told me, without even seeing my mouth, that the X-rays showed I had a cavity on a tooth that the previous dentist never mentioned, using the same X-rays. I’ve had a metal expander for orthodontics, and every dentist I have been to has known my second molars on the top were stained. I have no idea why the dentist would not be able to tell it was staining compared to a cavity, or why the previous dentist would not have mentioned I had a cavity on my tooth with the same X-ray. When I first came in for the second filling after my 6-month cleaning, I asked how big the cavity was because I was skeptical after the first dentis

The staff here create an amazing space that is unlike any dentist I've ever been to in my life. The woman doing my xrays was obviously new, but trying very hard. Every staff member who she snagged to help her was patient and kind and helpful. She ended up making a mistake and nobody chastised her. They trained her how to do it right. It was great! Everyone there speaks to one another with respect and care. It translates to amazing patient care and staff that trusts one another and strives to provide great service. Katie is an all-star in every way just nailing everything she does with ease, Diamond is thoughtful and gentle and explains what she's doing so you're comfortable. Dr. Desai is far and above any dentist I've ever been to. Her work is superb, her demeanor comforting, professional, and kind. Ashley at the front is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Be sure to pet the dog that works there, too!

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. As someone who has always been absolutely terrified of the dentist, I know I’m not the easiest patient,but they have gone above and beyond to make me feel safe, heard, and cared for every step of the way. From the very beginning, they took my concerns seriously and made sure I got the treatment I needed, including referring me out for two root canals. After that, Dr. Desai removed my old crowns and placed new ones with such care and precision. Everything was handled with true professionalism and attention to detail. A special thank you to Dr. Desai, who has shown incredible patience and compassion throughout this entire process. No matter how anxious or nervous I was, she never once made me feel rushed, judged, or like a burden. She always stayed calm, kind, and understanding, which made a huge difference for me.
